Make your own way to the jetty on Dubai Creek for your cruise. Then, take the red carpet that leads on to the beautiful, glass-walled Bateaux Dubai.
Receive a welcome drink and nibble on canapés as your boat leaves its moorings, and enjoy the next 2.5 hours as you cruise up and down the winding creek.
Take a seat inside the glass-covered deck, find a spot on the open roof terrace or linger on the outdoor deck to absorb the stellar views of Dubai’s illuminated skyline.
Relish the cooling evening breezes as your boat glides beneath the Maktoum and Floating bridges, and take snaps of the Twin Towers, Deira Tower, Clock Tower and Dhow Wharfage. Pass the Grand Mosque, Old Boat Port and Old Souk, and enjoy a second opportunity to take photos of the floodlit landmarks as your boat turns back along the creek.
Savor a delectable, 4-course dinner of gourmet cuisine, with a wide choice of dishes. See the Itinerary for sample menus. When you book, choose from two drinks options to accompany your meal - a selection of sodas and a package that includes house wines.
Enjoy the sound of lilting piano music from the onboard pianist and after your meal, perhaps return to the open-air decks to admire the last, memorable views. Your experience concludes when your boat docks at the original departure point at approximately 11pm.

* Salmon Ensemble Bateaux Salmon sous vide (steam-cooked or water-bathed) accompanied by cured salmon and horseradish cream, aubergine dip, black salt biscuit, cucumber seaweed, salmon bonbon and wasabi mayo
* Tian of Corn-Fed Chicken, with sweet potato brittle, carrot carpaccio and avocado salsa and a lemongrass dressing
* Turkey Daikon & Smoked Duck Smoked duck and cured turkey ham served with lemon-basil sorbet on pistachio dust, balsamic caviar, redcurrant jelly and chilli mayo
* Beetroot Risotto with Scallop and Prawn Seared scallop with tempura prawn and squid ink tuille (biscuit), beetroot-orange risotto and Parmesan espuma cream
*Smoked Beef Tortellini and Mushroom Cappuccino served with sweet basil pesto, tomato crumble, truffle foam and sesame grissini
*Red Fig Salad and Bresaola with artichoke and ground-beef quenelle, baby rocket, shaved Parmesan, asparagus, basil and pomegranate vinaigrette with an olive oil focaccia wafer
*Duck Liver Torchon accompanied by a herb butter brioche, grilled fig, smoked salt flakes, herb rillettes and freeze-dried strawberries
*Mezzah Froid and Chaud including carrot hummus, lamb sambousek (lamb-filled pastry), walnut-beetroot quenelle, Haloumi spring roll, spinach bil zeit, (spinach in olive oil) and Arabian bread with pomegranate injection

*Braised Lamb Shank and Lamb Loin with broad beans, goat’s cheese millefeuille and vegetable, butternut & potato bake on red onion marmalade with black olive dust and rosemary jus
